Architectural Review Board
About the BoardThe Architectural Review Board provides regulation and guidance for maintaining the quality of the exterior appearance of buildings and signs, either for new buildings/signs or modifications of existing buildings/signs. The Architectural Review Board has seven members, appointed by the Town Board for three-year terms. At least one member must be a professional architect licensed in New York
State.
