The role of the Board of Ethics is advisory in nature. In circumstances relating to the Town government and situations involving town employees (volunteer or paid), the Board of Ethics makes recommendations in response to concerns or questions about compliance with the Code of Ethics.

Board of Ethics members are appointed by the Town Board.
